液动下开式堰门

用途：液动下开式堰门用于管道、箱涵或渠道中。可以起到冲洗、防倒灌、调节流量的作用。该设备向下开启，不占用上部空间，故称下开式堰门

调节堰门与启闭机直联配合，常用于给水、排水、水电、水利工程中水堰水池的调节和流量控制。该调节堰门具有结构简单、止水性好；调节范围广、维护管理方便等特点。、性能及结构
1、型式
堰门结构类似闸门，但其向上为关，向下为开。堰门采用明杆升降式、橡胶密封止水
结构形式，启闭机与门体采用螺杆及连接轴联接。
堰门适合附壁安装形式，其具有平整的内底井壁紧密贴合，堰门孔口制成与井壁孔口
相应的尺寸。

5、堰门在大设计水压条件下，具有足够的刚度和强度。
6、堰门适合于污水中工作，所有零件在恶劣环境中使其使用寿命长。

使用与维护
1、堰门缘水平度3/1000，堰门转动和滑板距离偏差小于1mm，堰门高度偏差+2mm。
2、安装时，先装堰门，用专门的工具定位，使堰门处于垂直位置，测上缘水平度及
至池壁的平行度与距离，调整后作二次浇灌。

3、安装蜗轮螺杆装置及连杆
手摇动蜗杆，转动堰门，检验其灵活性，再安装滑板，保持与堰门转动平面平行，后安装橡皮密封板。
4、试运行
检查安装质量及润滑部位后接通电源，以人工操作电源开关使堰门转动，并按要求调
式。
