回油滤油器的额定过流量不得少于其实际过流量的 4 倍。滤油器应为旁通式
并设有堵塞报警指示。
油箱注入口的过滤精度为 100μm,回油滤油器过滤精度为 20μm。
滤芯强度:吸油管路用的滤芯,压差缓慢加至 0.15MPa,回油用的滤芯缓慢
加至 0.6MPa,保持 30s 均不应破坏。
耐压性:当滤油器入口压力在±10%公称压力之间快速上升下降反复作用时
滤油器不应有*变形、漏油和其他缺陷。
箱结构设计应考虑液压油的加注与排放、油箱清洗,并满足净油机的连接需
要。
油箱的散热应满足液压系统热平衡计算要求。
2.3.3.5 液压缸
液压缸通过支铰座与一期混凝土中的基础预埋板连接。活塞杆吊头用吊轴通
过拐臂与翻板闸门底轴连接。
液压缸体、活塞和活塞杆必须成套交付,陶瓷活塞杆可由承包人进行分包加
工,但事前应得到发包人、监理人、工程设计单位的认可和文字批准,分包人应
有类似工程的制造经验,并报至发包人、监理人。
组装好的油缸总成应有供安装、吊运的吊钩或装置。
液压缸的设计必须达到或超过本技术规范规定的使用特性说明或 SL41《水
电水利工程启闭机设计规范》的规定。液压缸按单活塞杆式、双作用、重载条件
设计。液压缸在活塞杆外伸端设有吊头(带自润滑关节轴承)和连接销轴,其尺
寸与型式与闸门吊耳相配。液压缸的制造必须符合 DL/T5019《水利水电工程启
闭机制造安装及验收规范》的相关规定。
1、液压缸缸体应优先采用整段无缝钢管制作,材质应符合或相当于
GB/T699 的 45 号钢或 GB/T1591 的 Q345B,力学性能应达到 GB/T699 或
GB/T1591 的中规定的正火热处理后指标要求。当采用分段焊接时,缸体焊缝部
位应经高温回火处理,焊缝按一级焊缝要求,100%焊缝长度进行超声波探伤及
外观检查合格,并符合 JB1151《高压无缝钢管超声波探伤规定》。凡是采用焊接
的部位,均应提供焊缝探伤资料,按照 ANSIB46.1 液压缸内径表面加工推荐采
用珩磨,粗糙度必须达到 0.4μm 以上。
