兴淼钢坝钢坝闸门技术要求：应包括操作所有液压缸所必须的电气、液压辅助元件。液压泵、电动机、阀组、
油箱及附件等零部件应按设计规定用管路连一体，应便于调整和维修。
液压系统设计应使油泵电动机组能空载启动。
液压系统总成应设置压力传感器以监控整个系统的压力。
液压系统应有双缸同步回路，双缸同步偏差控制在 20mm 范围内。
本机操作翻板闸门至上、下极限位置或设定的任一开度位置时，液压泵电动
机应自动切断电源，特别是当翻板闸门到达下极限位置时，应确保安全运行。
翻板闸门在全关或设定的任一局部开启位置时，启闭机的液压系统中的液压
锁定回路能可靠地将闸门固定在上极限位置或设定的位置处。
液压系统应设置压力控制回路。
液压泵站设备总成将作为液压启闭机的动力站，用于操作翻板闸门的启闭。
每座泵站设 2 套油泵电动机组，其中 1 套作为备用。
阀组的进出油口的方向、通径、和阀组的数量必须满足启闭机的工作特点和
布置的要求。
液压系统必须设有方向控制回路、压力控制回路、锁定回路，此外还必须提
供一系列确保安全运行的装置包括超压和欠压保护、空载启动、备用泵自动启动、
油箱内液面报警、滤油器堵塞报警和行程极限保护等。
2、零部件
（1）液压泵电动机组
液压泵应为变量轴向柱塞泵，由电动机驱动，组成的液压泵电动机组应能向
系统提供平顺的压力油，且在系统额定压力时能连续工作。
液压泵采用进口 Rexroth、Parker、Vickers 或更佳性能品牌产品，油泵额定
工作压力不小于 31.5Mpa；电机采用知名品牌产品，电动机单机容量不超过 22kW；
电机防护等级不低于 IP54。电动机电源电压 380V±15 ，频率 50Hz。
液压泵电动机组的*噪音在距机电外壳 1m 处检测应小于 85dBA。
液压泵应能自动运行以保持系统压力，正常情况下每座泵站内的 2 套液压泵
电动机组 1 用 1 备。
油泵额定输出流量应满足液压缸开启闸门或关闭闸门的要求。
