钢坝是兴淼工程30多种其中的一种也叫钢坝闸门，钢坝闸，简称钢坝。

钢坝液压坝购货须知：

不锈销止水面粗糙度Ra6.3,其它表面及轨道端面粗糙度Ra25.0,并符合制造图要求。
埋件各钢结构件制造的公差应符合GBT14173第7.3的规定
埋件整体预组装
出厂前应在厂内进行整体预组装检查,按GBT14173第73.13条的规定执行。
出厂验收状态
分节制造的埋件,出厂前应在厂内按制造图逐套预组装,检查合格后打上成套编号钢印,并有明显地标记。
供货状态
不锈钢止水座面应加保护,装箱供货。
紧固件分类装箱供货。
1.4闸门及埋件防腐蚀

2.控制柜由设备厂家配套提供包括理门前后液位计,要求花体为304不锈躬外竞,落地安装,防学等级为PS3．控制柜要求能完成如下任务且不愿于此：
(1)控锐花内置PLC,能融立完成基套中洗工艺各项任务;
(2)控制柜要求能通过总线方式传输如下信号给上位PLC,且不殿于此：Dl:液动理门的控制方式(手/自动),运行状态，故障等;
D0:液动迷门开关控制；
Al:水位值号
A0:上位PLC给出的控制爆门开启的信号;
4.液动逐门应设置设备机核过载保护，本国示意的机械过载回路电线型号及志数应由设备厂家确定后,问缸
