渠道铸铁闸门主要用途：
兴淼渠道铸铁闸门是给排水工程、水利水电工程、水电安装工程中普遍的拦水、停水机械设备，我公司生产加工的渠道铸铁闸门类完备，可可用各式各样场地，从其结构方法分成以下五类：
电源插座门闸（CBZ）：露顶门闸，三面停水、密闭性特点好。可用方法安装。
停水门闸（ZSZ）：水浸式门闸，四面停水，可用方法或孔边的安装。、担负水头在5m以下。
迭梁门闸（DLZ）：可用运用频率较少的场地，方法安装。层次启吊。
兴淼平面设计图门闸（PGE）：担负水头挺大，造型设计型号规格不受限制，广泛可用水利水电工程安装电工中作工作上门闸、安全生产事故门闸、检修门闸等。
水利闸门（SLZ）：规格挺大，可制成推转式、横拉式，采用电液推杆或起重设备操作过程，广泛可用防涝、河提换等水利水电。
平面设计图四柱液压机门闸（PGZY）：担负水头挺大，四柱液压机顶紧密联系封。密闭性特点好广泛可用发电站冷却系统或其他对密闭性要求高的场地。

渠道铸铁闸门对接方式：

电焊焊接的外观质量和对I、II类电焊焊接内部缺陷探伤检测，应符合SL36-92兴淼《水利工程金属结构焊结通用性标准规范》的规定；发现电焊焊接又沒有允许的缺陷时，应按上述标准的有关规定进行修补与处理。严禁在焊件组装间隙内填写信息复合材料。7、门闸运输吊装时，宜标出 位置，并应重视，防止混凝土构件损伤和变形；门闸埋件的生产制造面应稳妥安全防范，避免碰伤与锈蚀。8、机械设备运往施工现场后，应入临时仓库稳妥储放。9、金属复合材料零部件和机械设备的耐腐蚀涂层，在运输、安装过程中遭到损伤和锈蚀，应按SL105-95《水利工程金属结构抗腐蚀规范》中有关规定修补处理。

 roller components
 the roller is made of 11 class castings. After normalizing or annealing, the technical conditions shall meet the provisions of GB/T11352, the surface quenching depth shall be no less than 6mm, the surface hardness HB230~260, and the roughness of the tread surface shall be no less than Ra3.2
 the wheel and shaft shall be 11 kinds of forged steel, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of GBT5216.
