手动铸铁闸门应用领域：

手动铸铁闸门广泛用于各种各样给排水工程和水利水电工程、水电安装工程中，重要用以是用以关闭和开启水利水电绰水支管的活动主题结构。门闸的作用是按务必全部或一部分的关闭和开启绰水支管，以调节上、中下游水位，泄流流量。广泛用于农田灌溉、水产品养殖、农业经济开发区、废水治理、水利水电工程发电站、防洪工程、河流（门闸、河提、导流洞、管道）、是防洪、抗旱、储水罐、发电能力、航运业、过木及消除泥沙、冰块儿和别的悬浮固体等渗水、退水建筑项目的专用设备、贫困山区、平原区有、无电地区均可运用。

手动铸铁闸门对接方式：

电焊焊接的外观质量和对I、II类电焊焊接内部缺陷探伤检测，应符合SL36-92《水利工程金属结构焊结通用性标准规范》的规定；发现电焊焊接又沒有允许的缺陷时，应按上述标准的有关规定进行修补与处理。严禁在焊件组装间隙内填写信息复合材料。7、门闸运输吊装时，宜标出 位置，并应重视，防止混凝土构件损伤和变形；门闸埋件的生产制造面应稳妥安全防范，避免碰伤与锈蚀。8、机械设备运往施工现场后，应入临时仓库稳妥储放。9、金属复合材料零部件和机械设备的耐腐蚀涂层，在运输、安装过程中遭到损伤和锈蚀，应按SL105-95《水利工程金属结构抗腐蚀规范》中有关规定修补处理。
