1、门闸在安装前要具备下列原材料： 
（1）、方案设计样图和专业性文本文档。方案设计样图应包括总图，装配图，易耗零件图，水利工程建筑图及门闸使用说明书等。（2）门闸的生产加工原材料和质量职业资格证：关键部件合格证。（3）重要预制构件装配流水线检查记录及货品内置检验单。(4)安装用控制点位置图。2、门闸安装，尽量按方案设计样图和有关专业性文本文档进行，若有修改须要方案设计修改通知书。

双向止水铸铁闸门对接方式：

电焊焊接的外观质量和对I、II类电焊焊接内部缺陷探伤检测，应符合SL36-92《水利工程金属结构焊结通用性标准规范》的规定；发现电焊焊接又沒有允许的缺陷时，应按上述标准的有关规定进行修补与处理。严禁在焊件组装间隙内填写信息复合材料。7、门闸运输吊装时，宜标出 位置，并应重视，防止混凝土构件损伤和变形；门闸埋件的生产制造面应稳妥安全防范，避免碰伤与锈蚀。8、机械设备运往施工现场后，应入临时仓库稳妥储放。9、金属复合材料零部件和机械设备的耐腐蚀涂层，在运输、安装过程中遭到损伤和锈蚀，应按SL105-95《水利工程金属结构抗腐蚀规范》中有关规定修补处理。
