底轴驱动钢坝闸的布置和安装方式应不影响金属结构的正常运行,并应能满足金属结构各处的保护电位均符合SL105第6.2.1的要求。

辆牲阳极与金属结构的连接位置应除去涂层并露出金属基底,其面积宜为1dm2左右。

牺牲阳极的导线与闸门连接采用铝热焊接法牺牲阳极的工作表面不应粘有油漆和油污,打磨出金属光泽;

导线和阳极钢芯可采用铜焊或锡焊连接,搭接焊缝长度不得小于50mm.

电缆和阳极钢芯焊接后,应采取必要的保护措施,以防接合部的损坏。

导线的绝缘护套必须完整无损,对于任何裂缝部必须修复。
